		<description>A great article. The first and most important thing is to get out of bed right away. I clap my hands and say "I'm having a great day," then splash water on my face. I like the idea of the drink of water too. Everything else falls into place.</description>

		<description>Great tips!  The water drinking is sooo important, and I totally agree about the upbeat music.  I think you're right about the stretching--I do feel better when I do that first thing in the morning.  Will have to make it part of my daily routine now.</description>
