		<description>Great article,&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I certainly find that getting out of bed immediately hugely beneficial.  Not allowing the chatterbox in our minds to dictate to us is crucial and usually helps set the tone for the rest of our day.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I also do agree with the music too. Love kicking my day off with some inspirational music to get me started followed by a nice work out and steam room :-)</description>
