    Thanks Frederic

What an inspirational speech. I’m wondering when Steve Jobbs made it? I especially love the title “Connecting the Dots” and his brilliant point he makes “that you can’t connect the dots looking forward, only when looking backwards so you have to trust that the dots will connect in your future, because believing that will give you the confidence to follow your heart even when it leads you off the well worn path”. This is often one of the hardest things to convince people of as they are often looking for a certainty in advance of doing something that doesn’t exist. I like to call it the domino effect - if you don’t hit the first domino you will never know where that domino might lead you, and it’s only one’s belief in the not needing to know, or having to control where the rest of the dominos might lead, that helps people to live extraordinary lives - as Steve Jobbs so clearly has.

My pleasure! Me too, what stood out for me was the connecting the dots line. It’s so true and it’s only when looking back that we can truly appreciate what it all meant.

I believe it was made in 2006 but I am not certain.

    best regards :)
