Frederic, this excellent post reminds me that Man should always be himself not another copy or clone from another person so it's important to know ourselves better!

Keep up on the good work

Thank you for your comments :) It's very true, once you do this for one area of your life, it tends to spread to other areas as well....that's because your brain goes "I know how to make it work more efficiently" and mimics what it does to be successful. For example, this methodology which I applied in my work also translated into my workout & exercise routines, and now I am much better at it than before.

I love getting your comments and feedback, keep'em coming!

Thanks, Frederic. That was an excellent article today. I initially applied this strategy years ago in improving my musical skills. And now it seems to work in other areas, as well. As you point out, a positive self image, an efficient methodolgy + hard work = success.

Thanks for the good post Frederic. I couldn't agree more about the importance of raising your standards. It seems that once I do this the rest of it tends to take care of itself.

Many areas of my life have benefitted from this. Once I truly change my ideas about what is acceptable I basically feel compelled to take action.
