What’s Wrong With What We Eat? (video)

By Frederic Premji under Videos

I want to wish you all a happy holiday weekend :) Yesterday I stumbled on this really insightful video from Mark Bittman, a New York Times writer that discusses all the wrong that is in our diet. I really like how he mentions that most of what we consume, we do not even need, nor are we born wanting these food.

I also like how he mentions that organic food isn’t really organic if it is manufactured and processed in a manner that is not natural at all. I always believed that a tomato grown in a personal garden with care and love for example, is much healthier than a tomato manufactured in a massive industrial process and treated like a number. Anyways, I highly suggest that you watch the whole thing, you will definitely learn a thing or two ;)
