including yourself in a better light. Exercise is also a wonderful
way to feel as if you are accomplishing something. It's a
wonderful feeling to set yourself a goal and fulfill it, and
exercise can bring that to you.
Exercise
helps with your physical appearance, obviously. You develop
a toner, fitter physical shape. Your metabolism increases,
and makes any weight loss issues easier to deal with. Exercise
is also a great way to prevent diseases, such as diabetes
and high blood pressure. As well, exercise helps you age better.

30-60 min of exercise per day! Not a bad trade off at all,
wouldn't you say? Of course, as with anything else, too much
exercise can be counter productive, so keep in mind not to
go crazy and go overboard! Doing just a little every single
day, will add up over time, and the positive difference in
