good night of sleep. You need to have enough sleep, so that

not the shower or putting on make up or getting dressed.
Laughter.
Laughing can help increase your energy. The chemicals produced
when we laugh not only makes us feel better, puts us in a good
mood, but also boosts our energy a little as well. So don't be
shy to crack a joke here and there with a co worker or a friend.
You'll suddenly feel not quite as tired as you were, and that
is not a coincidence!
Exercise,
but not too much. Exercise is wonderful to help us have more
