wants beautiful skin, glowing and blemish free. Everyone wants
skin that looks young and healthy. Here are a few tips to help
your skin look better:
Protect
yourself from the sun. Protecting your skin from the sun and
its UV rays will prevent the aging of your skin. The sun is responsible
for wrinkling, dryness, broken blood vessels, and can cause skin
cancer or other diseases which age the skin's appearance. If you
are to be exposed to the sun, such as in the summer months, always
wear sunblock cream, SPF 15 at least. Sunglasses are also important,
as they will protect your eyes from the sun, and help your eyelids
avoid significant aging.
Do
not smoke. This one should be a no brainer! Cigarettes are
filled with toxics and chemicals that are just terrible for your
health and your system. This is then reflected outwards in your
appearance, which of course includes your skin. The constant smoke
around you also ages your skin significantly.
Careful
how your sleep! If you tend to sleep on your face all the
time, you can obtain permanent wrinkle. The best position is to
sleep on your back, with your head slightly tilted. As well, clean
or change your pillow covers many times a week. With your face
on a pillow for many hours each night, you need to make sure the
area it is on is clean. Doing this will significantly reduce the
number of blemishes or pimples you get.
Drink
lots of water. Drinking water cleanses your system, and since
your outer appearance is a reflection of your insides, then when
your system is clean, you can expect an improved appearance of
your skin. Try always having a full water bottle with you, you
will see that you will consume a lot more water than usual, without
thinking about it much!
Normal
sleeping patterns. Not only do you need to sleep 7-8 hours
a night, but you need to sleep not too late, and wake up early.
Sleeping at 3 am and waking up at noon is not going to help you,
even if you slept your 8 hours. You need to take the habit to
sleep early so that you wake up feeling fresh and ready and awake.
Always feeling tired due to lack of sleep or bad sleeping patterns
can result in your skin looking older, especially around the eye
area, causing dark circles, and wrinkles.
Preserving
young looking skin is easier than to try to repair damaged skin,
therefore it is never too late to start doing things that can
benefit your skin and keep it looking healthy!
