a look at your meal size. Most of the time, people eat
way more than they actually should, which then causes the
weight gain. Most restaurants serve plates for one person
that could literally feed two people! If you want to lose
weight, you will need to eat less, especially not eating until
you are so full that you can't move! You need to eat to calm
your hunger, nothing more. This over time, you will get used
to the smaller portions, and your stomach will as well, and
will then get smaller.
You
need fruits and vegetables. You wouldn't believe how many
people do not follow this! Think about it, your body is a
system. Don't you want to feed this system with the best products,
the best food, the best everything that can help your system?
Stop thinking about taste, and start thinking about results.
Yes, they may not taste as good as chocolate or fast food,
but fruits and vegetables will drastically help your system
physically and mentally. They are essential in any weight
loss diet.
You're
not in a rush! Take your time. When you eat, it's not
a race! This is a moment where you should relax, release all
the stress, and try to enjoy your meal. It takes a certain
amount of time for your brain to become aware that your stomach
is full. Therefore, if you take your time, you will end up
eating less, another important point to losing weight! So
remember to take your time and appreciate what you are eating.
